Institute supported footballer Leanne Crichton was trying to manage eight training sessions per week, combined with full time shift work.
With money provided by Scottish Government, Performance Lifestyle supported Leanne to instigate discussions with her current employer to establish a part-time working rota that would fit with her training and playing commitments.
Following these conversations and agreement with her employer, Leanne is now able to combine these successfully and maintain focus and energy where she needs to.
