"Performance Lifestyle has given me the tools to manage my time more efficiently to get the most out of every aspect of my life. It has provided a key support mechanism to discuss any challenges I am experiencing and help me to identify possible solutions”
Institute supported target shooter Jess Liddon is aiming to qualify for Team Scotland at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014. She is also studying Electrical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde on a full time basis.
Jess has admitted that, in the past, she has not has a great track record with her time management and has struggled to get the best of both commitments. Working closely with Jess’ coach and sport psychologist, Performance Lifestyle has helped Jess to use a weekly and monthly planner to better organise her time. This has helped her to track, identify and manage any potential clashes between her sport and university.
