"Performance Lifestyle has played a key role in allowing me to achieve academic success alongside my sporting achievements.

They worked with my school to ensure that anytime I was absent due to my sport, teachers would put strategies in place which would allow me to keep up-to-date with my school work.

Having this support meant I was able to focus solely on my sport whilst on training camps and reduced any stress or worry which would've been created through falling behind at school"

In 2012 at the age of 15, Institute supported swimmer Andrew represented Great Britain at the Paralympic Games. Three months prior to that, Andrew sat and passed eight Standard Grade exams at Mearns Castle High School in Glasgow.

Working closely with Andrew’s parents and coach, Performance Lifestyle met with the school to identify a number of ways in which they could provide additional support, as Andrew had to miss many weeks of school for training camps and competitions.

Andrew continues to work with Performance Lifestyle as he prepares to study finance at University.
